As part of The new Manahawkin/LBI bridge project, NJTOT will be implementing a traffic redirection program around the ABC site. As proposed by and GGOT, traffic on the east side of ABC will eventually go north and south on Long Beach Blvd. providing cleaner traffic flows as well as new roads. As depicted above, the ABC site will eventually be"squared off" creating an extended buffer on the east side of the property. Ingress to the property will remain on ninth Street and ingress and egress will remain on Central Avenue upon completion of the project
